The consulting practice was founded by Krisztina Duggal, a hospitality professional with more than two decades of experience across hotel sales, corporate housing, travel management, and international events. Throughout her career, she has worked with hotels and hospitality organizations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, developing sales strategies, commercial frameworks, and new market opportunities.

Krisztina’s work has consistently focused on building commercial infrastructure and sales strategies that allow hospitality businesses to grow their market share and strengthen their revenue performance.

In her role as Director of Sales for Commercial Solutions For You, she works with multiple hotel brands and independent properties across Canada and the United States, developing sales strategies, distribution channels, and revenue growth initiatives.

Previously, she held leadership positions across the hospitality and corporate housing sectors, including roles with Le Germain Hotels, Corporate Stays, and Premiere Suites. In these roles she built sales teams, developed corporate partnerships, expanded market share, and created structured sales channels for multiple market segments.

Her experience also includes large-scale international projects such as the Dubai International Film Festival, where she managed travel and accommodation operations for hundreds of invited guests and coordinated sponsorship partnerships with major hospitality brands.

Across these roles, a consistent theme has been the design and implementation of commercial systems that allow hospitality organizations to grow in a structured and sustainable way.

The Origin of 8th Method

During my time with global brands and boutique leaders, I saw a recurring pattern: brilliant hotels failing to hit their revenue potential because their efforts were fragmented. They had talented people, but no unified system. I built the 8th Method to bridge the gap - turning "busy work" into a high-performance commercial engine.

Sales Without a Sales Team

As part of her consulting work, Krisztina developed the Sales Without a Sales Team framework, designed specifically for independent hotels without a dedicated sales department.

The framework provides a structured approach to internal sales processes, corporate outreach, and demand generation, allowing hotels to operate with a clear sales system even when a traditional sales team is not in place.

Today, this framework forms one component of the broader 8th Method commercial strategy approach.
